Animal - something that lives and moves but is not a human, bird, fish, or insect

Endangered - (Of a species) seriously at risk of extinction.
Breeding - The mating and production of offspring by animals.
Feed - Give food to domestic animals or other organisms.
Groom - Clean the fur or skin of (an animal).
Train - Teach (a pet) to obey commands and perform tricks.
Adopt - Take up and use (an idea, method, or course of action), or legally take and bring up another's child
Rescue - Save (someone or something) from a dangerous or distressing situation.
Endemic - native to a specific region or environment and not naturally found elsewhere.
Nocturnal - active during the night and inactive during the day.
Diurnal - active during the day and inactive at night.
Carnivorous - feeding on other animals.

Omnivorous - eating both plants and animals.
Arboreal - living in or often using trees.
Territorial - defending an area against others of the same species.
Migratory - moving from one place to another, typically seasonally.

Feral - (of an animal) in a wild state, especially after escape from captivity or domestication.
Venomous - capable of injecting venom by means of a bite or sting.
Invertebrate - an animal lacking a backbone, such as an insect or mollusk.
Vertebrate - an animal with a spine or backbone.
Pristine - in its original condition; unspoiled (used to describe natural habitats).
Biome - a large naturally occurring community of flora and fauna occupying a major habitat.
Fauna - the animals of a particular region, habitat, or geological period.
Flora - the plants of a particular region, habitat, or geological period.
Conservationist - a person who advocates or acts for the protection and preservation of the environment and wildlife.
